4. Counter-Notification Procedure

- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to decide whether content violates our Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement.

- Content Review: 1-3 business days
- Action Taken: Immediate upon verification
- Notification: Within 24 hours of action
7. False Claims Warning
Warning: Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Ensure your claim is valid before submitting.
8. Content Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will promptly investigate the claim
- If valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content
- We will notify the alleged infringer of the removal
- The alleged infringer may submit a counter-notification
- If no counter-notification is received, the content remains removed
